The slip build ·
full proposal

The slips already know where the money goes.

Every day your trucks bring back scale tickets — different yards, different formats, different rates. Today those slips end up as photos, and someone re-types the numbers into a spreadsheet at night to find out whether the day made money. All of that information already exists inside the systems you pay for. We connect what you already own, so the writing-down happens by itself — and the checking, which nobody has time to do today, happens on every single job.

Today

Typed twice, checked never

Jobs and charges live in your dispatch system. Dump costs live on paper slips, photographed by drivers. The profit sheet is filled in by hand, one cell at a time, on a phone.

Nobody compares the slip to what was billed. So a mistyped ton, a yard that quietly raised its rate, or a finished job that never got invoiced — all of it slips through.

After the build

Written once, checked always

The moment a job is completed, its record is created automatically: the charge from dispatch, the tons and rate read off the slip, the yard, the driver, the profit.

Your sheet — same tabs, same layout — fills itself. And because every slip is now data, every job gets double-checked: slip vs entry, billed vs owed, this yard vs that yard.

What we build — four pieces, one system

1 · The tune-up

Your system, set up right

Your dispatch software already has the tools — per-yard rates, weight allowances, a scan button that reads slips automatically, a list that flags billing problems. Most of it sits unconfigured. We set it up properly and show the drivers the one button that replaces their typing. This is where the leaks start closing before anything new is even built.

2 · The pipeline

The sheet fills itself

When a job is completed, its numbers flow out through your system's own doors and land in the profit sheet you already use — same driver tabs, same columns. Nobody types. Nobody uploads. We also load in the past months, so you can see history, not just today.

3 · The checker

Every slip, double-checked

Each record is compared three ways: the slip against what was typed, the weight against what was billed, and each yard against its own prices. Discrepancies get flagged with the dollar amount at stake — a finished job with no invoice, an overage never charged, a yard charging $145 today for what cost $132 yesterday.

4 · The agent

The day reports to you

Every evening, a WhatsApp message: profit per truck, slips captured, and anything that needs a look — in plain words, from the actual numbers. Ask it a question and it answers from the slips. You stop chasing the information; it comes to you.

What's not in this price: pushing fixes back into the dispatch system automatically (for example, auto-creating a missed overage charge). The build shows you every fix with one tap's worth of context; making the software apply them itself is version two — we'll pursue a direct API door with your software vendor so our system can write back, and quote it separately if the door opens. We don't sell what we haven't verified. Also separate: monthly hosting & running costs, billed only once the system is up and running — sized and agreed together before launch, after the trial week.
The build: $7,000, fixed.
Half to start, half when your sheet has filled itself for a full week and the numbers match. Hosting & running costs billed separately once it's live — discussed before launch. Runs on your existing software — nothing replaced, nothing to migrate.
